Marta is also certified in the Nurtured Heart Approach™, a program based in improving self-regulation skills, enhancing perception of self, others, and the world around them; learning to understand that the reception of praise, energy, recognition, and reward are the result of positive behavior displays, in turn aiding in the development of a positive portfolio of the self; and teaching parents and caregivers appropriate communication to uplift and encourage their children to exhibit positive behaviors without harm to self-esteem.
